FLV Spider Pro is a simple tool for saving online videos to your Mac or iPod.

It features a very simple interface with an additional Lossless Movie Trimmer that allows you to cut portions of captured video. Finally, a Lossless Movie Joiner allows you to join captured video and audio files into one whole movie. Although they're fairly easy to use, there's a Help manual to guide you.

FLV Spider Pro is ideal for sites such as YouTube and other video content delivery sites that stream videos. It isn't, however, suitable for media that's streamed live. Also note that FLV Spider Pro may also be affected by updates to Flash. It does support batch downloading although some users have found that it doesn't always handle this very well.

FLV Spider Pro is definitely worth a try if you're looking for an all-in-one video downloader and editor for Macs.

FLV Spider Pro (Mac OS X Version) saves videos to your Mac or iPod. If you run this tool before you begin to surf the Web, FLV Spider Pro (Mac OS X Version) will automatically capture all online Flash videos opened on your web browser and will show them in a sortable list.

This tool can convert live RTMP/RTMPT streams, such as Internet TV, into flash video formats and save them to your Mac or iPod. You can provide a meaningful title for each of your captured videos by dragging and dropping a video title from a web page into FLV Spider's captured file list.

You can also save any captured video to your Mac in a flash video (FLV) file format. FLV Spider Pro (Mac OS X Version) allows you to easily cut-off a portion of the captured movie and save it without recompression to your Mac.

You can also encode it into iPod video format and then save it on an iPod. Another function this tool allows is joining several clips into one continuous movie and saving it without recompression to your Mac or encoding it onto an iPod video format and then saving it to an iPod.
